shimmering xenia

anyone here have shimmering xenia. it grows like crazy how do i transport this soft coral. someone said i couldnt just put it in a bag and take it to the store.

ps kbmdale i like the avatar of the mandrin. is that flash over his head a halo?? lol

Do you have pics of the xenia? Also, would love to see pics of your tank. I too have a 35 hex (see my gallery).

I usually give xenia frags away in bags. They don't ship that well, but no problem for local trips.

it might be, she is a very good fish, and a piggy too! As far as the xenia goes, yeah, just put it in a bag with tank water, and take it to where your going, you're gonna wanna wear gloves removing the xenia from whatever its on, cuse that stuff STINKS!!! Kris came home for lunch one afternoon and peeled some off a rock to move it and the smell on his hand was disgusting, so........
