Filtration help!!!!

I have a 75 gallong salt water with about 100 to 130 lb of live rock, 350 watts of ligthing, and 4 small reef fish. I have a prizm pro skimmer that i don't use because it overflows every once in a while for no reason, (any suggestions on that?). a Pennguin Bio Wheel 350 with the bio wheels taken out, and one powerhead. Any suggestions on additional filtration I will need to keep an anemone? And Does anyone have experience with the Prizm Pro Skimmer?
