MH choices.
I am looking at getting some things together for a client of mine that just aquired a 250 gallon tank that he want to do a reef tank with. I was going through a couple of distributer catalogs for some lighting options and I basicly have a choice between captive sun and gueisman (sp) for my halide options. they are not my only options but they are the easiest to get for me. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you guys have any experience with either of these companies becuase I do not.

I haven't used either, but have a few good friends who have Giesemann lighting and they love it. My good friend in Northern Cali Clair has one of the 230 Eco system over her 180g tank. The color is unbelievable.
Pricey but I think they are worth it from what I've seen and ready.

i use a giesemann bulb for my MHDE. i don't know if you get special pricing, but it was kinda pricey for me to buy. but the bulb is great, and visually i don't see dimming like i did w/ my XM MHDE bulbs.
no experience w/ Captive Sun. |

Thanks guys. I thought that they were both a little pricey but If they are worth it I think that I can go for them...
