I want to breed pipefish.
I've decided to take on a new venture in the hobby. I would like to breed some pipefish. Any information at all that any of you could share would be much appreciated.
What would be a good species to start with? I would prefer a species that will produce several offspring, and not require rots when in the larval stage. Even better would be one that can tolerate high flow tanks.

I have Gulf Pipes from Floridapets.com that are breeding without any effort on my part.
Lately I have been seeing about 15 kids at a time. They eat pods and bbs for me. The adults WILL eat them. As for the high flow................They don't seem to do too well. Hopefully someone else with experience breeding some of the more attractive pipes will chime in.
