Hey Dallas! I'm coming by soon I think. I just got a new client up in your area, so I should have more chances to get up there.

I talked to Jack about a behind the scenes tour while Steven is in town. He will be under-staffed that weekend unfortunately and will not have enough people to host the tour. He did welcome the idea for our October meeting, and I am going to see if he will talk to us about how he and his staff care for the Shark Reef.

Does anyone want to bring some frags to trade? I've got a ton of zoanthids that are going to need a new home soon. I also have a huuuuge green bubble that i'm going to frag this weekend.

Thanks Dallas! We would love donations for the raffle if at all possible.

We will have eight FL Rics, all different colors for the raffle as well.

Amy, since it seems like we all need to meet in front of the SR in order to gain access to the classroom, should we say that we'll meet in front of the main entrance at 2pm? or should we meet a little earlier?

also, do we need some type of entry plan for people who are or need to arrive late?

Jeff - I am hoping to hear from Jack today with the details on how we can get people back. I'll be sure to make sure any late arrives have a way to get back too. I hope to send an email to everyone with all of the details later this evening.

I think we should meet up at 1:30pm. Then we all have time to settle in and make sure all is ready for Steven. Then we can get underway at 2. Sound good?

I wanted to update everyone here before I send out an email notice.

We will be meeting in front of the main entrance of the Shark Reef at 1:30 - 1:45 pm on Sunday. We will be escorted back by Ryan Dunn to the class room.

We would like to get under way by 2pm. If you are late and we have already been taken back to the room all you need to do is go to the box office. Let them know to radio Ryan Dunn, that you are with Las Vegas Valley Reefers who are meeting in their class room. He will be the person to and late arrivals back.

Thanks and see you Sunday!

A big thank you to Steven for a wonderful meeting this afternoon! It was great to see everyone again and to meet some new people.

Steve if you read this we appreciate your taking the time to come speak to our club. I know we all learned a lot. I also hope you and your wife are enjoying your time here in Vegas!

Another thank you to Jack Jewell for giving us the class room to meet in. I'll be sure to point Jack to this thread so he can see how thankful we are for that.

One last thank you to Mike and Jen for offering up those frags for the raffle.

Amy: thanks for putting together this great meeting. Yvonne & I really enjoyed ourselves.

I was very happy to see all the new faces yesterday, I'm sorry i didn't get a chance to meet all of you. I hope to see you October 16th, back at the Shark Reef for our Behind the Scenes tour.
