Yes... a couple of the best anywhere.
Haslett: Preuss Animal House. Worth the drive from the DTW metro area. Near the airport (DTW): Tropicorium. Also check out Pet Connection (Livonia), Choice Aquariums, Captive Reef, etc. A good resource prior to your visit would be MichiganReefers , and specifically this search within MR: (Search MR for 'LFS' & 'list') PM if you want my opinions on any particular store.
