Good pics, sad bta.
Your maroon is WAY to big for this anemone. My suggestion is to move one or the other to a different tank
Maroons are the hardest clowns on anemones and yours is killing your bta.
I see the insides are also coming out of it.
A close up pic of the anemone would be good.
Have you been feeding this anemone? If so , what?
Your only hope of saving it is seperating them and trying to save the anemone with lots of light and food.
My suggestion is remove the clown. As the anemone is still attached, removing it would only stress it more.

Are you positive that's a BTA anemone?
It looks more like a mangled ritteri to me!
Amazing how certain Anemonefish will try and kill certain anemones..... and vice versa!

my maroon used to bite my LTA and it would really **** my anemone off. i think they bite because they are getting used to the sting......i dont know this for sure but mine stopped shortly after it started. best of luck to you

i had a black ocellaris beat up a LTA, in fact i had to trade it away to ensure the anemone's survival.

Not 100% positive here, but it does look like a BTA. Tis could be a combination of things. For one, I agree that the clown is way too large for this anemone, but it could also be that maybe your light requirements are not sufficient.

What are your water parameters, by the way including light specs., as well?
