I've actually moderated on boards like that.

The point is that RC isn't one of those boards; nor will it ever be. We cater to all ages here so we strive to maintain a family friendly environment.

Pretty sure there isn't 1 single word that will get a thread closed, but it might get you banned and the post deleted...

I take more pride in keeping a borderline thread open than having it closed. See my excellent post on analysis of Hang on Tank accessories.. Skirting the line where your posts are obviously legitimate but could be potentially interpreted in another manner is really difficult. The problem lies with amateurs that take the implied meaning and take it to the surface. As soon as the innuendo steps from subtle to obvious, the thread is dead.

I have to hand it to the mods - it's gotta be a tough job deciding where that line is..

You mean rules weren't made to be broken? The main thing is, the mods probably didn't make the rule, but they take the heat enforcing them. Now if I was making the rules, certain bodily functions would be outlawed. No it wouldn't be clay boas or fart jokes. Just the ones that make me gag!
