Yes, actually in your backyard is www.aquariumsforyou.com - they do beautiful work from what I've seen on their website. I was going to have them ship me a custom stand for a 340 but it just cost too much to have it shipped. Here is a pretty cool design, I'm having mine made locally to look similar ...

I ended up going with a guy that builds custom (built-in) home theatres in my area. When I was talking with the owner of the company that installed my hardwood floors, he recommended this guy for any and all custom woodwork. You may want to check around in your area for someone similar - this guy had not done aquarium work before but he did a great job. Internal steel frame with cherry exterior. It is very similar in style to the one fliger linked.

Talk to some LFS owners, I know around here they usually have a few connections to custom builders they could probably recommend.
