Help my regal blue tang is sick

HI my regal blue tang that i just got is breathing so fast now for some reasons. It was healthy but all of a sudden it just started growing white spots on its cheecks. I dont think this is ich because this spot is bigger than ich. I am thinking if I should do a freshwater dip but can anyone pls help me out. Thx

yes, is maye brook and thats deadly if not treated fast, I would do a formalin bath instead.

Thank you. Unfortunately the tang died the next day. I have two clown fish inthis tank as well and they are all doing really well. I hope they did nt get that disease but they are doing really well and eating a lot. Thx.
