some fish pics taken with minolta d7i

Have always been amazed and inspired by the many excellent photos in this forum.

Particularly those pics taken with external flash.

I'm still learning the rope.

Currently trying my hands on fish pics.

Any comments or criticisms are welcomed.

what kind of fish is the pinkish with yellow stripe.simply beautiful. do they school? awesome pictures. looks like your looking at a book. nice job.

Its a purple queen anthias and I believe they school.

Nice pics! What software did you use to input the EXIF data? Was that a manual input or did the software do it automatically?

sorry, going off-topic...some coral shots

dunno what is the exact color of this ric.
The mouth is purple for certain, the body is a mixture of grey, blue, purple.




orange ric with green mouth



This is a mixture of green, blue and grey.



reddish-brown zoos...



green zoos with pale blue center...

What are your tank specs?
size, lighting, skimmer, calcium and etc?
those are great pics and corals...

is it a stock lense? or you have add-in macro lenses...
