Whats wrong
About a month ago the mouth started to open up. about 2inch around of white.
his not really eating also. i give him shrimp i think brine shrimp frozen. And his size is alittle smaller heres an old pix when i frist got him.

Pic doesn't work. You need to state what kind of anemone, your water parameters, lighting, how old your tank is, what is in your tank, how long you've had it, how big your tank is and what you feed it. THat will help us to help you

Green carpet, Water is normal 2x400 mh over a 100 gallon tank. tank about 4 months old now but used water from my 55 which was 5 months old so about 8 to 9 months.

"Normal" means what?
Not trying to be an *** but there's quite a lot of things that could be going on that you might not be checking for/thinking of. If you wouldn't mind listing the following, it could help others help you: Temp SG Ammonia/nitrite/nitrates kH Ca any additives you use what kind of water you top off with (RO/DI/etc) Feeding schedule/what types of foods you are feeding Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground

ammonia/nitrite/nitrates=0 ca=400 this was yesterday and add some more yesterday so it should be at 425 from what i added salt=1.24 kh= it think it was at 8.8 DKH or so ph=8.2 I dont add nothing just what is need Ca and alkalinity. My water i buy from the place you buy drinking water from. I feed my tank every two days. I feed the carpet shirmp that i got at the lsf frozen not brine bigger the size of a dime almost. I think i might of found the problem. I feed my carpet last next and he took it in, at this point i walk away but last night i stand and saw that when my clown was done eating he would go back to the carpet and take the shrimp out of his mouth and spit it away. than the hermits eat it in like 2 to 4 mins. So i feed him again and kept the clown away and the mouth start to close half way. i'll do it again tonight and hopefully it closes all the way .
