where do you go in west palm? i have done it in the keys for bluelegs and such but never tried in west palm

I used to go under the Blue Heron bridge and would get alot of hermits and atleast 3-4 gold coral banded shrimp. 20 min south of there is the Boca Inlet and you can get some zoas there.

thats where i go :-) - the boca inlet? could you tell me more about that? iam interested in finding it. i wish i could find a place to find pearly jawfish and ricordia

you would have to go to the keys for ricordia and jawfish and you would need a boat. In boca just snorkel the north jetty. Its been a few years since I was there but thats how I remember it.

the jawfish are only in the keys? i have a boat, but iam not going to the keys anytime soon.

I moved here to west palm from orlando. I gotta tell you the snorkling is amazing. I can spend hours at blue heron bridge. The bahama starfish are huge!!! Lots of wrasses. puffers. clean up crews and many other fish I cant ID. I go still now with the cooler weather. Just shorts and a mask and snorkel. Not bad. Let me know if anyone wants to come down. I'll show you the spots I have found so far.

we are hopefully coming next weekend
