I have a 240g tank 96"x24"x24" with 350#'s of sand and 300#'s of rock i have about 20x turnover and right now its a mixed reef but im slowly changeing to sps dominated tank basicly will this be enough flow or do i need to get more any input would be great.

if you're already using seio's for flow and don't mind more pumps in the tank probably the cheapest way is with 2 or 3 Koralia (4's) or 2 or 3 of the maximods with the $16 kit that was discussed in a previous thread:

Tunze's are really nice and efficient and customer service is the best, however they are not cheap.

The other route would be closed loop, but I'm not certain what pumps are best for the cost with this route. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

Just to double check to , you dont want more than 15 or 20 times turnover through the sump . Just more flow in tank . Also on a tank that big a cheap way to is a good High pressure pump with some eductors .
