hell yeah. Nanos kinda suck. There is no space, and if you add things like surface skimmers, you have to give up valuable space. My advice is to go with a custom nano. DIY is your best friend for nano reefs.

My 1/2 Pint Rimless pico
For the livestock I have 1 tiny Astrea sp. snail, PomPom Xenia, and 5 copepods. Had a Tang but it jumped. Here's a FTS:

are you going to get a new tang, to replace the jumped one?
C2C, The fun thing about custom is that anything is possible. I've seen people use like 1" acrylic to make a nano, check out some of the tanks at nano reef website. |
