Cleanup Crew Advice

My new 120 is up and running. Looks nice and clean. Lots of fun critters showing up in the live sand. Spaghetti worms in the deep sand bed. Feather worms, etc.

Only a few hermits and snails though. I think most of the others were picked off by my former Picasso Trigger in my 55.

So I'm thinking about adding a cleanup crew. Any advice? I've seen different opinions posted on various boards, etc. I don't want to spend a fortune for unnecessary critters. But I want to keep things nice and healthy.

Finally, is there a local source? I hate paying shipping if it's not necessary. And i really hate having animals die in a freezing FedEx truck.
