Peacock Tank Size

I have a full grown female peacock in a 100g species tank in the garage...and the electric bills are KILLING me! Will she be OK in a 20g? I've got an empty one that I can move into the house.

She hangs out in her burrow - always...probably only uses 20% of the 100g.

I would go with a 29gal to be on the safe side.
