Pod question
I am currently starting up a 14g bio cube. It has been running a little over a month, maybe 2. I have added a sump to the aquarium during its cycle. As my diatom bloom started to recede I started getting quite the pod population along with some flat worms. Now to my question, today when I was inspecting my aquarium the water looked like it was getting air bubbles pretty bad. Upon closer inspection I noticed that they were not bubbles but a bunch of teardrop shaped creatures. The fat side always stays down. I can see that they have the little legs like shrimp and sometimes do a jerking motion like a shrimp would do.
I have a huge/diverse pod population in my 75g but have never seen anything like these little guys. I tried to get a pic of them but they move way to fast. I know that they have some motion control as they seem to stay away from my overflows. I will continue trying to get pictures of them.

How big are they? Can you get a less blurry picture? I know such pictures are hard to take.
Maybe an isopod?
