Do any of you guys play? Why are we not having a poker night, even though poker is droping in mainstream popularity again, which might be better.
Where in the area can you go to a store and see a selection of poker chips for purchase. Want to fell em before I buy em online, would buy instore if priced ok. I know your the group of guys who can answer this in say an hour. |

I don't know anywhere that lets you feel them around town (mind out of the gutter, mind out of the gutter) Back before I got my set I went to a couple of casinos around town and felt a few different weights and ended up really liking the ones at ameristar, so I found out where they order theres from and bought them from there.

I belive all casinos use a standard wieght chip. The good chips are made of clay. If you would like to get the feel of some chips, you could go to Amini's, they are located in chesterfield.

I bought 2 sets from Heartland America. I am very happy with them, nice and heavy. They also come in a cool looking alumium case that you could handcuff to yourself and look like a high roller The chips are 13.5 grams (heavy, but cool) the cards that come with it are junk imo.
