controllers

I have a cheap calcium reactor which just dumped a lot of co2 into my tank. I adjusted the bubble counter and woke up this morning to a ph of 6.5 in my tank. To make sure this doesn't happen again I want to get a ph controller. Is the AquaController Jr the most bang for the buck. Right now I use a american marine ph probe system in the reactor and another one in the display. Do these hook up and work with any brand?

Does anyone have a picture of where the co2 plugs into the controller? I'm trying to compare which would suite me best.

I have read that using aquarium controllers for CA reactors is not a good choice due to easy malfunction or user program error. Using a dedicated pH controller seems to be the correct way.

I'm really leaning towards the milwaukee controller. I just don't need everything the neptune controllers offer. Seems like overkill. Who else runs the milwaukee controllers?

I use the Milwaukee SMS122 for my reactor, and my Aquacontroller IIIpro as the backup to that.
