water change's?

Should i be doing water changes while my tank is cycling?? Its been cycling for 10 days now

No,it will prolong the cycle time.
Are you testing your parameters for ammonia/nitrite then nitrate?

Yeah .THe ammonia is almost at zero,the nitrites are still pretty high

Not true, It is a common misconception. Do a google search and you will find it actually may speed it up.
They are not necessary, but won't hurt anything. Just watch your levels and take it slow.

Cool,once your nitrites bottom out and nitrates start do a nice 10-20% water change and you're on your way.
