Talking ETRC Christmas Party...please post if you plan to attend

Hey Everyone
The party is on Saturday the 15th at 5:00. A Mapquest map can be found here .
From our other thread I have the following that are attending so far:
Me
Randy (is Ashley comming?)
Eddie and Kathy
Mel and friend (whom I know we are all anxious to meet )
Art
Don

We had 10 vote so I am assuming more are planning to come. Please post if you expect to make it and what food you plan to bring so we can plan accordingly.

thanks, Chris

Eddie and Kathy are coming - sweet potato casserole and ham if you need help with the meat, Chris.

We just had 28 people at our house. We fixed all except for pre snacks and post dessert. It was a lot to do.

Friend's name is Nathan...for anyone who is curious.

I am honestly not sure what I'm bringing. I have not thought about it.

Can I be on dessert duty? Should I instead bring a side dish?

I can either bring pistachio cranberry cookies or a veggie tray...or both. How about I bring both? That way I can bring something healthy and something not so healthy.

You don't have to decide now Mel....both is fine

I'm guessing Randy will still bring the Ham Eddie but we will see. I bet he's taking tests or out shoeing horses.

Chris

Bring whatever you like Paul. A side dish you like that would go with ham or shrimp....or just whatever side dish you like. Are you as sick of this studying thing as I am at this point?

Ham and brews sounds good Randy
I'm glad Ashley will be able to make it.

Chris

Pauline found a good broccoli salad recipe. I normally don't eat such but I really like it. The craisens (raisins the tastes like cranberries) make it special. I might ask her to make it again. Or come up with something else...

Yea, Chase. I am bringing sweet potatoes. No cheese dip from you, might mean no cheese dip for Mel. I would not want that hanging over me, if I were you.

I will be able to make it. Also, since I am not much of a cook - I can bring the nacho chips. Never had the Chase cheese dip - so looking forward to it!
