Very nice tank there. And nice thread, it gives a nice pictorial of the progression your tank has made and continues to make. Good job.

flyguy7150- Been foolwing from the beginning, very nice tank, it makes me miss my old 90 gallon. Everything looks very healthy.
Continued success.

Pics look very good!! what did you do differently for that full tank shot? looks reall nice. I saw that exact acro at a LFS yesterday. It was 90 bucks though. How much did you pay(if you dont mind me asking)?

garygb and jnc914- thanx for the kind words, hope you guys keep following
easye123 - The other fts was not with all the lights on, just the blues and actinics. And for this one, i adjusted the white balance correctly first lol. Put a white styrofoam plate in to adjust it. The colors are still not exactly the same in person, but its better. O and that acro was $60 and its about 4-5" long.

I don't remember if you have mentioned recently, but what kind of lighting are you using and from where?

I'm in the process of starting a 90gal myself.

Cool man!!

I can get good color and all from my shots but i can make it look clear and large like that.

Theres about 3 fish stores in dallas that have that acro and the cheapest i can find it is 89.. i was gonna get it but i got a huge yellow mille instead.

I might just have to scoop it up since its a nice piece.

Evan

Schwe - i am running 4x54w t5s and 2-96w pcs, will be getting rid of the pcs though and adding another pair of t5s for a total of 6x54w t5s, 324w all with slr reflectors. Ordering from reefgeek.com, which is where i got my 4x54w.

easye123 - dam you should come to florida, prices seem cheaper Some of those shots are macro shots.

Got a very very bad pic of my new fish, he's always hiding so its hard to catch him, this was without a tripod with actinic lights on only. This pic was with flash...

He's an awesome looking fish though

You know, for being a Mechanical Engineering student, you sure have an awful lot of time for taking pictures...

JK, I love the tank BTW. I'm thinking about re-aquascaping mine to something awful similar to yours when the tank comes downstairs. Love the pics! Keep'em coming.

Congrats! Good luck out there. Keep in mind, there are a lot of opportunities for engineers in the work force (at least in my area there is) so be a bit choosy on your first job. Make it one that you'll enjoy for at least 4 years.
