I would be concerned about its rated power. 1.18 amp x 110v is not 250 watts

Thanks but if it fires the bulb under driving should not be a problem.

The last pic show's it's for 220 volt service.

It is 120v. You can add $5 to the price to get a 220v or $9 to get a 277V.
