ID please

This is a picture from a friend's tank and I think that it is Aiptasia, but wanted to make sure. Please help with the proper ID.

Those might be Aiptasia. If they're spreading, I'd get rid of them in any case.

Thanks for the reply, I need confirmation because I need to figure out the proper disposal technique. She does have Joe's Juice, but I am going to our lfs which is a 6 hour drive this week and will get some pepperments if it is Aiptasia.

I don't think that's Aiptasia, but I might be wrong. The tentacle shape is not what I've seen before.

it kinda looks like a clove polyp of some sort. the aiptasia have more of a stringy tenticle not really a fat one. i could be wrong, not an expert

Posted this 14 minutes ago and already this many replies, thanks all.

I tend to agree, it doesn't have the Aiptasia look, and it is not spreading real fast either, just a few (20) in over a year in a 90 g

Found a great Thread on them and I believe you are correct. It doesn't look like pepperments will help, they don't eat them according to the thread.
