What is "coraline stimulator"

I suspect, it is adding carbonate (boosting your alkalinity).

Another potential source could be your make up water-- some water does have significant amounts of carbonate in it.

Assuming your levels are being read correctly by your test kit, they should come down with coraline/coral growth-- just maintain your calcium at that level or slightly higher and the alk should come down on its own.
