Tunzee
bought 2 18 months ago one is fine the other I went thru 3 controlers at $120 apiece it now sits in a box total of a bout a $600 MISTAKE will never buy another tunzee with controller

Maybe you should post your displeasure in the Tunze forum and give them a chance to make it right. I know for a fact that Tunze's service is second to none, but they are not psychic and cant help you if they dont know about the problem.

I agree. I've yet to pay for a replacement part from Tunze or even have to provide a receipt. IMO they have some of the best customer service going.

See Roger in the Tunze Forum. First they should have been covered under warranty if you bought them new. Roger aka Tunze USA provides excellent customer service!

yeah.. always ask on RC before you buy a replacement... Roger at Tunze goes above and beyond for his customers...

I agree with the others. As far as I have ever ever heard and experienced myself Roger takes care of everything under the 2 year waranty without questions. IMO he makes Tunze what it is thats why I buy alot of tunze products.

No question Roger is great. And you guys in the US have some incredible customer service. Those of us in Canada however . . .
