OT: anyone ever do a private party car sale in Ohio?

I've finally convinced my 89 yr old grandmother that she cannot drive anymore, and will be selling her car to the son of a good friend of mine probably next weekend. I've only ever traded-in cars at the dealership before, so I am not sure what all is involved in the title transfer.

I've started to look around the Ohio BMV website but haven't found any clear cut info there yet. I figured someone here must have been through this before. Grandma's car is paid off and she has the title.

pretty simple. Have G-Ma sign & Notorize the title. Verify to Odometer, write in selling price. gat paid, give title & keys
