first sps?

any recommendations for a first sps? I have a 55g reef and a 20g plumbed together into a 29g sump. the sps would go in the 20g it has 150w mh. the main tank has been up for about 2 years without the sump and the 20g and about another 2 years or so with everything together. I currently have a crocea(I think, I honestly forget I've had it for a while),a yellow watchmen goby, and a few peppermint shrimp in the 20g. I want to try some sps for christmas and I'll be ordering from dfs so please give me some ideas. thanx

My first SPS were montiporas... the digitatas grow like crazy and I also like watching the monti caps, too... they shelf out and grow pretty quickly too...

Procilliopora's are extremely hardy and low maintenance, I'm starting to think they would survive a nuclear attack .

I just started mine a month ago and am already getting some crazy growth.
My tri color acro is growing really fast--I think it's an ORA tort.
my Procilliopora isn't doing much but I'm having trouble with a good current and finding a spot for all these corals. Since I'm starting with frags, I have about 20 pinky size corals sticking out all over...it's not the best.
Also, find out what lighting and flow the coral had before going to your tank.

I also only take frags from friends, try not to buy online. Not that the online stuff isn't good, i just know if it's growing well in a friends tank, it should do good in mine.

My first SPS was a Monti Cap. I love watching them grow.
