What everyone running in there sump sections?

I have LR rubble in the 1st 2 sections of my jbj and cemipure in the pump section. But I have this 12 gallon Aqua-Pod I got from the LFS that someone bought 2-3 months ago and lost interest. It has all stock media.Bio balls, ceramic bio-rings,spounge and a very old bag of cemi pure.I'm gonna lose the spounge but the Aqua pod is different than the jbj.The intake section has a 3 spots where water is actualy coming in.I normaly put some filter media over the LR rubble in my 1st section to help filter out detrious but that won't really work on this one.I'm just looking to make some changes.I never really put alot of imphasis on my nano but now that all I will be using is the nanos,I will have more time to get them right.Any input would be great!
