Any Suggestions

So today my neon dottyback killed my purple tang and now we are thinking of another fish something bout the same size with some spunk something that can hold its own it is a 46 bow i would kinda like maybe a trigger but give me your suggestions

Not in a 46g, too small for a trigger, or a tang for that matter. I'd either get rid of the psuedochromis or get an aggressive tankmate that can hold his own. Maybe a flame angel, do you have corals? Some clowns/damsels can be aggressive. Also, when you put the new fish in, rearrange the rockwork to disturb the dotty's territory, maybe also leaving the lights off for a day.

the tang was small and when it was bigger it was going in my 125
curently in the 46 which is mostly a softy tank with some lps and sps has pair occ clowns, 1 green chromis, 1 neon dottyback and 1 falco hawkfish i have tried to catch the fish but he is so quick and with over 60 lbs of lr all he has to do is dart for the rock
