Clownfish has black spots

I just checked my tank and my perc. clown seems to have black spots. Theres two on his side. Is this black ich? Params are fine and I just did a water change on Friday. He's eating still. If it's black ich, how do I go about treating it?

If you can, post a pic of the spots most of the time it's hard to diagnose without one. I am not familiar with black ich but I'm sure someone will chime in here soon.

Has your clown begun to host a coral? Usually when they host

new coral they will have the black spots from the coral stings

they will go away eventually. Hope this help's.
