What size is "larger size"? 4 foot long? 6 foot long?

Are you looking for "fish tank" or coral reef tank?

This one big enough, 265 gallons. The seller is motivated. I think the cabinetry was $2500 alone. I know you can get it for a good price. I just don't remember how much. PM me and I will give you his e-mail addy if interested.

I guess what I was asking is if you wanted one that was drilled (to have a sump below the tank) or not

And what kinda lighting you were looking into getting (fish only tanks are cheaper to get set up than reef tanks)

how deep is that tank gooch? that looks like you'd need a mask to clean the bottom part of the glass.

I think it is 30" maybe 36". The owner is like 6'4". I have never seen the tank running. He just asked me to help him find a buyer. I asked around at Johns meeting but no one was interested. That was a couple of months ago. Just so you know he is not getting out of the hobby.....I believe he is going bigger. He was thinking of buying my 375 but it wasn't tall enough for him.

I think he is asking a fair price, I just forget how much.

I e-mailed a guy that has (had?) a 72 bow front with stand for $150. If your looking for a new tank, someone told me of a place in Kenosha that sells tanks for cheap. Its called "a pet shop" and the number is: 262-658-3700 I have not bought a tank from them so I would call to see what specials he has first. Good Luck

my 265 for sale

The tank is 36" tall with about 32" of viewable glass (subtracting the black trim). It easy to work out of with a simple two step ladder. As far as cleaning the glass, I just used a good magnet cleaner. Has twin overflows. The workwork completely wraps around the tank and hides any lighting wires or power head wires so which really helped with the "clean look" that my wife required since it was between our dining room and living room. Maple canopy and cabinet are included and cost more than the tank. $1700.00 I'm moving today to Neenah so reach me on my cell, 920-850-1876

that 150 is probably my old 150,
i threw it out not to long ago and somebody picked it up!
I was moving it in my pickup it shifted. and The corner of tank got crushed.
Whoever buys it had better check the corner!!! Also,
see if it's an all-glass megaflo! Make sure it 's not my old tank
If it is my old one,
it Is only good for snakes and reptiles!

I saw Troy's 265 in person when he sold me some lights a year or so back. It's quite beautiful & big! The cabinetry seemed top notch quality. Wish I had the room and the cash!

You are going to be pretty darn tired come sunday night. That should be a full day project from tear down, pack up, move and setting it up again.

You better start reading up on SPS corals and such if you haven't been keeping them so far. Looks like you are getting a fair number of them.
