Cycling?

Will someone explain what i need to do, to cycle a new 55g tank.

in short after adding sand substrate and salt water you want to introduce bacteria to the tank that will break down wastes. this can be done by adding live rock, a raw shrimp tail, sand from an already established aquarium, or an inexpensive fish such as a damsel (not recommended, no need to torture lil critters).

When I setup a new tank I will use the biological from a established tank bio-wheels bio-balls etc. and wait don't hurry saltwater

If the tank is going to have live rock, the term "cycle" doesn't have much meaning. Just wait for the ammonia spike to go away, if there is an ammonia spike.
