superman mushroom rock

Hi all! I have a small rock with 5+ blue polka-dotted red discoma mushrooms for sale. $40

[IMG][/IMG]

Sorry for the poor quality picture, I need a better camera. I can get a picture of the exact rock if anyone is interested.

I can meet in Lexington or Jackson, Tn.

I'm not really great with names. These were sold to me as superman disco's and they are identical to Fraggle Reefs supermans.

How 'bout Kreeger has Superman Rhodactis and Lora has Superman discomas? All the common names here are arbitrary, at the end of the day, but it is a convenient way to describe something that is red and blue.

or we named them that way because they're superman discosomas, not superman rhodactis... I don't think that anyone would confuse discosomas for rhodactis, so not very likely that it was a ploy to sell more

very nice superman discosomas though Lora, the blue spots really shine on those, some of my favs

Are you denying that naming corals doesn't help sell them.? You could of called them red with blue/purplish discosomas right? But the superman name adds the flare to sell them at a higher price.

wow, sensing some undeserved iciness...

I'm not going to hijack the thread, I was just throwing in my response to yours. Kreeger, superman is a color combination, I could have called them "red with purplish blue dots" or "superman", one is just easier to type and more descriptive. I very much doubt that anything but the way they look sells them, the name doesn't make the coral, the coral makes itself

a rose by another other name...

edit - well, unless they called them stench blossoms, nobody likes stench blossoms
(obscure simpsons reference)

I like Bob, Bob is a good name. For the really nice Bobs you could call them Bobby. There could also be a Bobbi morph under proper lighting I think.
