Lumenarc 3 mini in a 75?

think these would work nice and fit over a 75 gallon tank with a 12" high canopy? What is a good ballast to run an SE bulb with taking price into effect?

I am not sure about the canopy height, but the reflectors are great. The IceCap ballasts are great electronic ballasts. If you want magnetic, then just about any will do.
