I had one just like that...funniest thing happened. It began deflating about 3 weeks after I got it, the main stalk split into two - like a tree struck by lightening - and the inside of the stalk was black. Freaky. I pulled it out of the tank...

Mine has never deflated at all its always really stiff like a tree

weird I was told it was nepthia and the person I got it from I would beleive over 99% of the people out there

Definately does not look like a colt to me and I'm not ruling out nepthea. There are different versions much like there are different versions of blue mille and valida depending on place of origin from the ocean. I have not seen Brian's or yours in person to compare but going by the pic he linked to in his thread and your pic, I would say yours is definately different.
