I feed mine silversides (about a 1/4" pieces) once or twice a week.

I feed mine chunks of rods-reef frozen food maybe once a week ... my clowns also feed it when they grab a piece to big for them to eat.

are you guys using tongs or tweezers, etc., to feed the anemone the larger chunks of food? also, when feeding cyclops or other small foods, how can you tell if the anemone is actually getting it? do you see the clyopeeze sticking to the tentacles? i only ask because i regularly feed my tank cyclopeeze, but never thought to look and see if my GBTA was 'eating' any, i just always figured the food was too small.

I've been told to take it on faith that they're getting the cyclopeeze and oyster eggs. I have a skewer that I impale the silversides upon to feed the larger chunks.

yes the regular shrimp from the grocery store, you can give mysis shrimp as a treat not as the main food.
