Some people can be pretty creative as to what they call purple(brown) or pink (light brown).

Liveaquaria just listed 2 purple bta's from Tonga last night in the Diver's Den. They were stunning!

I have a definite purple bta. I have had it for about 5 months now and it has kept that color. I thought it was a lta at first because of the color, but it is definitely a bta.

Like I said, it has really green tips. Around the mouth and all that is purple. I will try to get a better picture of it.

I think this in now a light brown bta with green tips. I have recently upgraded to mh and it has now lightened up. It is just not as purple as it used to be. I will try to get some recent pictures. Those are only about 3 weeks old, though. It is amazing how fast they can change colors.
