Naso tang..Huge bloated stomach!

Has anyone seen this before....He has a huge stomach..stopped eating and hiding around/in the rocks...he was very active and eat like a pig before..any info..thanks

could be compacted (stopped up), IME it's not easily resolved.

I've head of people taking the fish out and manually helping it along, I've been fortunate to never have had myself in that situation and I'm thankful for that.

today it looks like it has bumps on the bottom sides starting to pop out..there is no way i can catch this fish..

maybe, i am not sure..first time ive seen this, and these fish have been fine for over 1 1/2 years...I did just redo my rockwork, if this would be a cause...
