I don't think even a chiller could fix this

Just wait, NSW will go for $2.79 9/10 a gallon. Go to your LFS, get some coral and fill up the fuel tank.

Rotary engines are basically the same as engines with cylinders, except they don't use cylinders. Instead, they have combustion chambers arranged like segments of a pie on a wheel. Sequential combustion in each chamber causes the wheel to rotate, providing power. They can run off of any combustible fuel, just like a normal engine, assuming they are set up to use that fuel efficiently.
