Salt
I wasn't sure where to put this. I have been using Instant Ocean salt and was just wondering what everyone else uses and how they like it. I don't want to spend a fortune on salt but I want something good. My plan is to have only soft corals (mushrooms, maybe some xenia) in my tank so I dont' know if calcium is a big issue.

So Instant Ocean is a decent one, is there enough calcium in it for soft corals?

Try their Reef Crystals instead, higher calcium and Mag levels or Red Sea coral pro. Soft corals don't require alot of calcium.

I like reef crystals just because it adds lots of trace elements back into the water, and it's only a few bucks more than the IO
