Lightbulb Mystery Wrasse

I never got a picture of my mystery wrasse. So many people have told me that it was the best mystery wrasse they have ever seen I am kind of depresed by it because he died from a stone crab.

Post some pictures of mystery wrasses that would be awsome!

I'd have to disagree. MINE is the best-looking one!

Just kiddin' ya... Sorry to hear about your loss, though I'd be upset if I lost mine; especially to a darn crab.

NOT mine... mines is roughly 2" and has already taken out a 2 1/2 mean red fairy, a 2 3/4" Clown Fairy, a tiny Carpenter flasher.. only wrasses I put in the future are twice his size..

ouch! that sux! Ive added 2 blue star leopard wrasses, 1 radiant, and one christmas with no problems. The Xmas actually went after the mystery, but the mystery plucked up and the christmas hasnt tried that again...lol. Fairy's and flashers are pretty docile as far as wrasses go arent they?

I bet tank size is a huge factor too.

I am so sorry to hear about your Wrasse. I love the Wrasse, I have three in my tank a Canary, an Emerald (he is way too cool) and a Lubbock. Mr. L is a little stressed tonight as I just placed him in the tank as the newest addition. I lost several shrimp and a couple of Porcelain crabs to a crab that was supposed to be good (a red Mithrex). The only crabs that will now be welcome in my tank are the Porcelain's.

Heres mine that I got for cheap. A friend of mine picked him up and his Hawkfish beat the crap out of him and almost killed him. I put him in my tank to let him recover and kept him. His tail was completely missing and was in real bad shape. This picture was taken about a week after I got him. Since then his tail has grown completely back but is still missing the "false eye" on one side of his body. I dont know if it will grow back eventually or not but Im keeping my hopes up. The Hawkfish actually tore the tail off and about another 1/2" of scales in front of his tail. He is looking much better now.
