Desjardini Sailfin Tang?
I'm about to upgrade from a 55 to a 120. I have a Yellow Tang and would like to add a Desjardini sailfin Tang. Would these two be OK in a 120? My alternate is a Kole Tang.

I'd go with a kole. Full grown, a sailfin will get too big for a 120 IMO.

The sailfin will eventually outgrow the 120 but more importantly the established Yellow is going to get real aggressive. Both are from the Zebramosa family. Go with the kole or Tomini if another tang is abolutely a must. Good luck.

Mine grew about 5 inches in a year. So they grow pretty fast too.

That's exactly why I posted here. I don't want a fish that will outgrow the 120. You've convinced me to go with the Kole. Thanks all!

if you really want a sailfin, just go for it but make sure you get a baby one...it's going to take you at least 2 years + to have it outgrow your 120 tank...
