James is not Kobe or comparable with Kobe right now. James was the best 18 years old player ever history. Will James ever become the best player or better player than Kobe? Only time will tell.
Lakers have ton of players whose contracts are expiring. This will help them to acquire good players from rebuilding teams. Since West left, Lakers front office is a joke. For Boston, they might be the top 3 teams on the East but they will not win any championship. Garnett is a great player. The other two are just better than average. And they don't have any supporting cast unless some veterans (i.e. Grant Hill) willing to sign at the minimum. You are calling Kobe is a crying baby? Remember Shaq? When he joined Lakers, he drove out Eddie Jone, Del Harris and whining to have Phil. When he joined Miami, if it wasn't because of him, Van Gundy wouldn't have to resign. He spoke publicly He wanted to have Pat Riley as a coach. Shaq just lucky to be in the era when there isn't any good big man left. If he was in the 70's or 80s, he would be just a better than average player. Okay I talk too much ![]() |
