Anyone need help with acrylics?

I've got the time and the experience...so anyone needing advice on an acrylic project, I would be happy to help. George

Just a llittle heads up on George..He Knows his Stuff when it comes to Acrylics. He built my sump and I couldnt be happier....

quick question how do you bend acrylics? I would like to start fabricating overflows and such things. I figured heating it up would make it easy to bend.

I don't need plugs...don't need to tick anyone off.

Bending is done with electric elements using a controller to dial them in, you don't need to get them red hot. You can build your own from electric stove elements. Take a 200 volt heater and run it on 120v and go from there. Buy the right reostat and your in business.

He almost always posts his number in his threads because he's contacted RC many times about his box being full even though there's nothing in it.
