Recipe#1 Part 2 Measurement post-baking
Okay, so... I want to make a mess in the kitchen (not mine) less often so as to stay out of trouble with the boss.
2 1/4 cups pre cooking (as burger king would say) What does that equate to after baking it?

Approximately 1 1/2 cup (actually is 1.45 cups) if baked properly and all Co2 and Moisture has been removed.
