Blue Tang, Weird Marks??

Hey guys I havent been keeping Reef Aquariums all that long but i woke up this morning and noticed that my Blue Tang had a couple of spots on it 2 maybe 3 on its left side and 3 on its head. I have no idea on what the white spot disease actually looks like and from the pictures i have found on the internet they dont look like it. The spots look as though they are about 1mm. I have noticed with the activity of the fish it is very erratic and zips in and out of the live rocks quickly and may the marks on the tangs body be marks on where it has hit its self on the rock or a power head or something? If you do think it is disease what is the best plan of attack??

Thanks in advance guys

They seem as though they are apart of the out skin of the fish and dont stick out. They fish doesnt seem to be acting any different either, its not trying to dislodge the white marks on its body. I feed all my fish with Kents Garlic too.
