Did you guys, and girls, see this? I know we just went not too long ago, but how about in August. Perhaps by then I will be moved into my new place and maybe I will get lucky and get a nice lighting system for my birthday.

Id love to!(setting up my 55...), but Im planning on a vacation that weekend and the one before.... Sat the 28 of July might be the best for me if it works out for others or the 18 of Aug... Thanks for the heads up regardless though!

18th works better for me. I have every other weekend off. Since it is early enough I could get off if we set the date.

Great heads up on Doc Mac's summer season club specials. sounds like a good reason for a summer trip. Any members interested , please post compatible dates here for now. and then a bit later I can make one of those survey posts for the most popular dates, and we can see how many can make it for a selection of 3 or 4 dates. then we will narrow it down to one. But we need ten to make it work. we have had that many before.

Just post some choices, like first choice and alternate dates, or saturdays you can't make it if all others are good.

As for dates, I'm sure each is as painful as the next for me, so the 11th is as good as any. Hopefully I'll be able to make this trip.

Is no one lese interested? It is starting to look like the 18th works best. Everyone who might be interested post some dates. You don't have to stick to anything. It is a while from now and it can be difficult to plan that far ahead, but we just need to know if there might be enough people interested to do this.
I will probably be bringing at least 1-3 people with me.

I can't do either - I leave for Jamaica on the 11th and don't come back until the 17th - somehow I don't think I am going to be in a position to make the trip on the 18th.

But I will gladly give someone money to go shopping for me =0)

July 21 or 28 and Aug 18 or 25 still work for me. 4th-12th are out for me for vacation

Ok, here is the run down as I see it. Please copy the dates below make any changes and repost it. Let us know as many days as possible. I think Saturdays will probably work best, but speak up now if there are no Sat. that will work for you. After we get a little more feedback either Ken or I will start a new thread with a vote on it, but let's get some more info before we do that. Looks like we only have 9 people posting about this so far and we would need to bring 10 to make it work...

That's no problem Emo. The trip is open. Dr. Mac's offer is for a group of 10 or more club members, implying 10 or more tank owners to qualify for the discount. it's a volume consideration. I'm pretty sure they will accept future honorary members. seeing as how we are not meeting or collecting new membership dues during the summer break.

I talked with kaptken and he will probably not be able to make this one. His tank is beyond full and he is no yet ready to set up another tank. I also talked with PhoenixSlayer895 and he would like to come, but will have to see if he can ask off from work when we decide a date.

I'm probably going to ask around in the PARC forum later on to see if we can get more interest.(unless we can get more then 10 of us to agree on a date) I won't to wait so we can decide on a date first though.
