Deltec Skimmer, Calcium Monitor, Top off

I have a used Deltec Turbo 1250. It is the older model with the shorter collection cup, but it is in great shape and works well. Includes the stellar AquaBee pump. $225 plus shipping.

I have a Tsunami AT1 Top Off Unit. $35 plus shipping.

Last on my sales list is a Pinpoint Calcium Monitor that has been used for about a month to dial in my setup. $200 plus shipping.

All items are coming from Georgia 30022 zip code. Paypal is the only payment method accepted.

I'm interested in the skimmer as well as the top-off... could you post a pic to see the skimmer in action? also, how much does it typically produce/week? Lastly, any pump with the top-off?

Jason

Below is a post of the skimmer and Top Off dry. The Top Off unit doesn't come with a pump, but any MaxiJet or Aqualifter will work. I can hook up the Deltec and take pics of it working if you are seriously interested.

As for skimmate it collects, about 1" per day from my 120g which is more than a NW150 I recently tested pulled out. It is just too small for my system and I decided not to build a 50 gallon tank this was meant for.

Seeing this was on your 120 gallon... How heavily stocked was your tank that you say it was too small for it... Because, I'm thinking about putting this on a 125 gallon... I'm just making sure that it'll be enough to do the job and figured I would ask seeing that the tank you had it on is comparable.

Bump for a great deal. I had a Deltec 1060 on my old tank and it was outstanding. The skimmate from my Deltec skimmer was the nastiest, grossest stuff on earth. I still gag at the thought of it. The turbo models are under appreciated. Good luck selling.

It will go on 125g and is rated that high (actually higher), but honestly I would look for something a bit larger. The collection cup is sized for a smaller tank.

Standard Pinpoint Calcium Monitor. I bought it new January 31, 2007 and have used it about two dozen times. Comes with calibration fluid and I have kept the probe wet the entire time I have owned it. I will post a pic momentarily.

Not sure if it is a Deltec after a bit of research. I refunded Melbourne's money in full and skimmer is off the market until I can verify this is not a DAS. If it is a DAS skimmer, the price will be dropped accordingly. Anyone know of any way to be certain?

I believe it is a real Deltec because it has a real AquaBee pump not a cloned pump which I believe is what the DAS skimmers have.

Still not for sale until I can make 100% sure. Any help verifying would be appreciated. Oh and pardon the messy garage.

I did put a call in and I am going to post in the Deltec forums. Other than the pump, there must be a way to ID this thing.

It's a D.A.S... I'll give you $50 for it, I'll come pick it up tomorrow! I told you I needed it on my 54gal.

JK... I think your right on the pump ID though. The clones on D.A.S.'s are branded D.A.S from what I've seen, at least on the newer ones.

Bump for a great seller though!!!
